Promenade Mall Solar PV System
Challenge: Extremely high daytime electricity demand and rising grid costs threatening operating margins at one of coastal Kenya's major retail malls.
Solution: Designed and managed a 400kW two-phase grid-tie PV system including BoQ/BOM, procurement support, installation supervision and commissioning oversight.
Outcome: Significantly reduced peak-hour utility dependency. One of the largest rooftop commercial systems in coastal Kenya at time of installation.

Petrocity Petrol Stations Solar Programme
Challenge: Fuel stations operating long hours depended heavily on grid electricity for lighting, pumps, refrigeration, and security systems across multiple locations.
Solution: Led installation and maintenance of six grid-tie PV systems across Petrocity stations, reducing electricity costs and improving energy resilience.
